Hotel had claimed that there is a free mini bar in the room. This was two bottles of sparkling water. Two bottles for our three night stay. I feel free mini bar was a great aggregation!

Rooms a little claustrophobic for more than one (e.g. couple) and the breakfast restaurant similarly at breakfast. Gym needs additional equipment. Otherwise great location and friendly staff.

The rooms prepared for us were impeccable, however the daily cleaning was not met my expectations, my drinking glass was left uncleaned, bathing area were untouched. The only cleaning works noticed were the bins clearing and the bed making. Also I was expecting that at least 1-2 bottles or drinking water will be given daily, which should be normal standard for every decent/chained hotels, yet I was informed during the check in that only one bottle of still water and 2 small bottles of sparkling water were provided and there will be no replenishment during my 3 nights of stay, which is somewhat disappointing.

Really enjoyed the property. Staff is very friendly. Room was very clean. Stayed here for 5-6 days with full luggage’s and had no where to put our clothing. We were living out of our suitcases. No drawers. Very inconvenient. It’s the only reason I would not book again at this place unless I was just passing through. The breakfast was great. Loved the location.

We got off to a bad start with the check in lady but they next day, we were given a room upgrade. Other than that the staff were friendly and helpful. Gym was nice but small. If more than two people was in there, it would be a problem. I’d stay here again. Nice view from the room too.

Average but good location
Overall its a 3 star hotel pretending to be higher. There was a bug on the bed (under the sheet and a big dirty toenail. When I flagged it to reception, they sent a cleaner. The cleaner came in and she wiped the toenail onto the floor. And sprayed bug spray under the bed. No change of bed sheets or change of room. I had to sleep on the other side of the bed. Wouldnt return!

Such a great pick on a stay where we really did not know the area. Close walk to subway (where you can get to anywhere) and a nice walk along the water to Roberts Quay. We picked right!

Once you work out the geography it's a great location. 5 minutes to the metro, 10 minutes walk to Clarkes Quay 20 minutes to Chinatown.
