Great affordable hotel.

Great hotel as the Holiday Inn's are nowadays. A bit out of town, but thd buses are super easy to use, English friendly and cheap.

Good hotel and great value for money.

This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel. Very comfortable stay. Clean and tidy room. Excellent service. The bathroom had a smell which the cleaner sorted immediately she became aware of it. As always, a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

I liked everything during my 4 day stay. As I told the folks at Reception, the only issue I could raise was the single glazing in my room on Level 4, in terms of traffic noise at night. Double glazing would reduce the air conditioning costs, as the glass felt quite hot during the day. Overall you deserve the 10!

This Holiday Inn Express has a nice buffet which is really good but the hotel room is rather small and the layout is an odd especially the bathroom. The shower is only half covered by glass thus this makes it hard to keep the floor mate dry after a shower; the floor is wet next to the toilet as well because of the layout. The hotel should give unhappy guests an option to cancel with one day notice but they were inflexible.

It's near a lot of malls. There are dining options available if you choose not to dine out. In-house guest get a discount. It takes about 15-20 mins to Marina Sands or Orchard Street. If you wanted to take the Novena MRT you have to take a bus to get there. Overall, my stay was comfortable.
