Enjoyable stay. Loved the ice cream served at check in. L1 lounge with complimentary drinks was a very nice touch - quiet getaway after a busy day shopping and exploring orchard road. Liked the complimentary parking. Impeccable service from front desk, house-keeping and bar team. Clean, good sized room with comfortable beds and good view of the surroundings. Had a good night sleep. Got our towels amenities on request. Quiet neighbourhood convenient 5 minutes walk from Orchard.

Good property but the staff are the highlight

The hitel is nice and comfortable in a good location, but the standout here are the staff. Front desk staff are excellent. They all went out of there way to help as best as possible, and they easily make staying here a great experience.

Returned to Quincy Hotel Singapore after way too long (last stayed in 2016!)—and it was even better than I remembered. From the warm check-in to the amazing lounge bites, relaxing steam room, and thoughtful touches like bath salts, everything was top-notch. Special thanks to Cheryl Kwan, whose exceptional service truly made our stay feel personal and memorable. She went above and beyond to make my husband’s birthday staycation one we’ll cherish for years. Quincy feels like a home away from home—with five-star flair. Can’t wait to be back again (sooner this time)!

Nice hotel

The hotel itself wasn’t that big, but I just stayed for a night. It was clean and cool looking. Room wasn’t that big but location was great. Few minutes walk to Paragon mall. They gave free icecream sandwiches when I came in. There were also snacks available for free which was nice. Gym and pool looked pretty decent, didn’t have time to use it though. Overall would come back to this hotel.
