Was expecting more based on the listing - unfortunately was let down by the front line service and that the fit out of the property.
We had a pretty confusing check in, being told to go up to the 11th floor, having to wait for about 20 mins to get checked in (despite being the only ones there). Management did a good job once they were made aware and made up for it, which we were very appreciative for.
The property itself felt fatigued unfortunately. Excess perfume was used on floor 10 as soon as you got to the elevators, which was very overpowering.
The room, whilst spacious - our second night had a constant noise (that sounded like muffled voices) throughout the night which meant that we weren't very rested.
It's unfortunately, as the team genuinely seemed to want to make the stay feel nice, just feels like a misstep in the overall experience.
