The views from the room are far superior than many of the other properties nearby. The room was nicely laid out and spacious and the hotel connects directly to the mall which gives you access to many great places to eat and shop. Everything was walkable from the hotel and our party did many foot trips around to Chinatown, suntec, Clarke quay, marina bay sands, Bugis street, and the esplanade all without the use of a taxi

Very hard to check in especially when all the machines are used and assisted by the check-in staff, after a long flight, you want quick check in but a mature staff helped me right away. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, check-in was fast and efficient, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view. The location is ideal for both business and leisure, the hotel sits above a shopping centre and subway station so getting around was very easy.

This first-class hotel in the Raffles Center was the venue for a conference during my stay. It shares an excellent gym (and conferencing facility) with another hotel which I used daily. My room was well set up for computer work with a good computer chair and table plus high-speed WiFi. Staff were attentive and helpful and whatever the guest might need was either available in the hotel or the many shops and places to dine in the multi-level mall.
