Mediocre hotel, poor service attitude

This hotel has absolutely zero awareness of customer service. Our flight was at 11.50pm and so we asked kindly if it would be possible to have a quick shower in one of the rooms on the day of check out closer to our flight time. I know they had a lot of availability and they refused. It is ridiculous that they wouldn’t accommodate such a simply request given we were on a honeymoon trip and were about to board a 16 hour flight.

Shame the staff weren’t very friendly, no info provided at check in or a simple smile at the entry/exit, no welcome drink, no “VIP credit” provided But the property was conveniently located on Sentosa however hotel shuttle bus driver got into an accident in the parking lot whilst we were in the vehicle so we were unable to use it.

Would return!

Great hotel! Check in was lovely with a welcome drink and complimentary snacks from the “mini bar”. The hotel is connected to a number of others which multiple restaurants within a few minutes walk. Their pool bar is also really nice and has a great view as it’s rooftop. Universal is a 5-10 minute walk and there is a shuttle bus and monorail if you want to go further.

Fabulous hotel in great location with great service. Would’ve liked a slightly bigger room with washbasin not in kitchen area. And a few more sunbeds around the pool area. But that said, would definitely return.

Modern, clean and great location

Beautiful, modern hotel. Convenient location and filtered water tap in the room. The Grab drop off is in a garage, which was the only odd thing.
