The property was great, but the staff lacked the warmth. We faced issues with the in room dining, where no body answered the phone. We were a family with a 7 year old and just asked for some bread and butter when we checked in but was informed they dont serve any bread in the hotel at all. And to our surpirise, we find bread in the morning for breakfast. When asked, they conveniently said we do, but only for breakfast. We sensed the staff treated other nationalities well and maybe we were indians... It was just an observation. The general attitude was what put us off. I would not recommend this place for a family but if you're going without kids do enjoy the property which is good.

Outpost was great
The hotel was fantastic and very well equipped. I particularly found the ability to check in early after a long flight very helpful and welcoming. Would not hesitate to stay here or the adjoining Village hotel in the future.

I’ve stayed here a few times now and it’s one of singapores better located spots for holiday. There’s the free tram over the road which ends at a decent shopping mall or the other end is the beach. Casino also walking distance. Only thing I’d say is there isn’t top restaurants nearby if you like fine dining you need to get a taxi to another area

This property would of got excellent score but I missed breakfast as overslept and on asking if I could get a tea even for free was told no by reception. I had paid for breakfast and reception staff should of said Yes sir certainly

Stayed for one night. Great pool area, nice idea with choosing your own snacks on check in. Nice room, terrific shower. Not a big deal, but entrance of the hotel is very weird through a car park and originally not easy to find.

The hotel is advertised as an adult only hotel, but it is also connected with another hotel under the same group, having to share some facilities between the two, so there were still kids everywhere, especially for the pool area, which was a little bit disappointing for us because we wanted a quieter place to stay and relax. We also saw some parents bringing children to their rooms throughout the time we stayed, but we weren’t sure if they were just violating the hotel policy or what…

One night stay
Stayed for a night as my friend was having her wedding at sky garden nearby. Room was excellent and super comfy. I like the hot water dispenser, very cool, as opposed to a kettle. At check in, received a welcome drink which was nice however I felt the service could have been better. I don't know if it was a busy time when I checked in but in general the vibe from most of the staff didn't seem the most friendly or welcoming. I do appreciate the FOH that checked me in and gave me the mini bar options. Unfortunately there was an incident at the 1 altitude bar in the evening (external event) that prevented my friends and I from going up to enjoy a drink to end our night. Was slightly disappointed with that. Overall would stay here again though. The rooms were very comfortable

The hotel is located away from the city, the room is nice and the hotel is clean it difficult for taxis to get in and room service come wanting a credit card payment at the door which is so strange. The staff are friendly but the taxi fare to the center is high, the train system is very complicated in Singapore unless your a cloak and it doesnt accept cash or American Express.
