Exceptional customer sercie from reception to housekeeping to door service. Special mention to Danny, Mao, samad, falcon. Thanks for a great stay. In terms of the rooms, its very small for the price we paid $350/night. Also found a small cockroach wh8ch freaked me out. Bed were comfortable with good thick pillows.

Breakfast buffet was different every morning with lots of options. The staff were amazing and the location was right in an area to get around easy eith my MRT, bus or walking. A lot of food options around the hotel as well as easy access late into the evening.

The hotel is very handy to the MRT and a food court. The breakfast is a reasonable price and in a nice setting. The air conditioning settings are a bit hit and miss

Customer service at the check out was bad. No smile and rude. After the front desk person asked what the customer needs, she just handed over to her coworker to do the job and without telling the customer what's going on. It happened twice. When I went back for the Reciept, she did it again. She asked what's the matter and then handed over to her coworker to do without saying anything to me so i can move over. Customer service was bad.
