Room was clean and very basic. I was by myself but it would be tight for two people. The air conditioning was COLD. You cannot change it in the room, has to call the front desk to raise the temp. The shower didn’t have a raised edge so the water seeped into the bathroom floor and soaked the mat. About 15-20 minute Grab ride to most attentions.

Not coming back.

There was a waste smell in the bathroom, and there were ants crawling on the desk in the bedroom. The size of the bedroom was unexpectedly small and the room had no windows. This was not specified at the time of booking. I have a future booking at this hotel which I have now cancelled. I am not returning again.

Great location, decent place. Clean, quiet. Bed okay. We stayed for only 1 night on 2 occasions. Rooms are a little small, fit our needs for the short stay and the location helped us make the decision. Thank you.

Very friendly and nice staff. Arriving 4:30 early morning and the staff gave us 1pm check out. At 11pm, my son still soundly asleep so I went to the reception and asked for another hour or two as our next flight is after midnight, the young lad at the reception gave me another 3 hours stay for free, which is a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel, from staff service and great location to get local food at a very cheap price, and not far from the airport. I'm looking forward to stay again here on my next travel.

All went well. Reception was helpful however without much personality (one guy was more helpful than the other, not a big deal). They were pleasant. Good location, quiet. Fine for one night and the price was fair. Thank you for asking.

I tried to cancel the reservation but I was not able to. There was a change in my itinerary. Expedia was not helpful in trying to cancel. I contacted the hotel but received the same results. I will not use expedia again.

Location is not bad, lots of food all around and malls for all your needs. Wi Fi is good, service is great. The main issue is the room is tiny tiny and the sound isolation is so bad other guests made a lot of noise all hours of the night and this disrupts the sleep a lot. I dont understand why the hotel management did not ask them to keep it down some people are just so selfish and rude make noise in the middle of the night like they are the only ones around. I am ot sureI can stay there again because of the noise issues.

Represents the what Singapore in known for a clean and efficient service. Staffs are friendly, a bus away to MRT. If you're looking for a night life and a look on some of the well kept old colorful houses, this hotel is close to it.
