Excellent location to the tube station and lovely appearance of the building. Looking a little tired and not a huge amount to do in the immediate area, but did not impact our stay at all.

Average accomodation in need of an upgrade, small hiccup with bed configuration with our room but housekeeping dealt with it efficiently. Pillows are a problem ,very hard and only one size. Pleasant breakfast but catered more to the Asian guests. Helpful staff especially the Day Manager.

Very bad experience with smelly and ugly rooms. The bteakfast we paid for it but we couldnt use it at all. Very bad breakfast - mostly indian food but low quality. I booked a 30 sqm familly room and they gave me a 12-14 sqm room with smell of cigaretes and moisture. Manager was hard to accept the reallity i just described. Definitely not recomend this Hotel especially for around 200 $ per night
