Nice place to relax, many good restaurants in walking distance. Professional friendly staff. Plenty of different types of food at breakfast. The pool is small not good for swimming WIFI worked well.

From before arrival, arrival and check-in, our experience was simply amazing. The hotel kept our luggage until our room was ready and they even upgraded us to a corner suite that was simply lovely! We had the Peranakan Club package which included nightly snacks and drinks. The Peranakan Club also offered cold drinks during the day time. Leyla at the front desk was always so great to us! But even better was Chandran in concierge and the Peranakan Club. Such a great guy, very helpful and kind! Our breakfasts were simply amazing and that was also included in our room stay package. Being directly over shops and just a short walk from the metro station was definitely a perk! We walked to the waterfront as well as a huge shopping complex before joining our cruise back to the U.S. If we have cause to visit Singapore again, you had better believe we will stay here!

Great place to stay
Great hotel - not near the city centre (but very handy for the airport) however it is so easy to get about in Singapore that is not an issue. The staff are great and breakfast is really good. Nice refreshing pool and a small but well equipped gym. Stayed here 3 times and cannot fault any of our stays. Local Katong streets give you a nice taste of the more traditional side of Singapore.

Convenient Hotel but needs improvement
There were ants in the room and the floor was wet with the high condensation from the air con. I didnt open the balcony at all. Other than this, the staff was friendly.
