Family holiday

We booked a family room which was 2 connecting rooms and was perfect for us. The staff were great helping with all our enquiries. The hotel pools are lovely and the place is clean and comfortable. We will be back.

The location, room decor and pool area was amazing. Lack of storage in the room could be an issue if staying more than couple of nights. Would be handy to have self serve laundry onsite.

So close to main attractions and very easy to get about especially with kids - the hotel shuttle service to Vivocity is super convenient - the pool is amazing plys everyday they put on fun and super interactive activities for kids and families - the pool Zumba was so fun! Our 8 day stay at the Village Hotel Sentosa is one to never forget thanks to the staff - they are THE BEST - thank you again Elroy, Farez, Bella, Kem and the entire team - you made us feel so welcome and appreciated - we miss you all :)

Great pools

The pools were great but a sewerage leak the morning after we arrived spoilt the time we were there. For a day the smell was terrible and lasted for a few days and was still noticeable after 4 days

Very small rooms compared to other properties in the area and in Singapore. Hardly any storage space It was terrible experience in a family room with 4 people. No bars to have drinks except the pool bar which you have to wait very long as only one person serving.
