Hotel was below average and room layout was very odd. Only good thing we that it was close to some good asian food options and a couple blocks from MRT line. Here are the bad things: 1: Bathroom toilet was inside the shower without a divider so when you showered, the toilet got wet. 2: Bathroom had no counter so you had to leave everything on the back of the toilet, that was in the shower. 3: There was also no towel rack near the sink, so you had to hang wet towels on chair in sitting desk area. 4: AC in the room did not work too well and temperature would not go down pass 22 degree Celsius. 5: Bed was soft and lumpy. Back hurry after nights sleep. We were only staying for a couple of nights so we just tolerated it. I would not stay here again.

First, let me start with the good: the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was big, the bed was decent, and the AC worked. Now, on to the bad: the photo does NOT look like anything in real life. The floors were super hard and comfortable to walk on, there was a rollout bed just sitting in the hallway, there were stains everywhere, damaged walls, rust in the shower, the toilet barely flushes, and the walls were THIN. Most importantly, the hotel is not secure at all. Anyone can access the hotel after hours, and you don't even need your keycard to access your floor despite the sign in the elevator saying you do. I would definitely not consider this hotel 4-star. There was another comment describing it as a roadside hotel like in North America, and I wish I had listened cause this is exactly like a Holiday Inn or Motel 6. If you are looking for this type of accommodation, this hotel is for you, but stay away if you are looking for a 4-star hotel.

Stay was good ; and I appreciated the air conditioning though like most hotels, how to operate it was still bewildering. The hotel was fine, though the bed was on wheels so sitting down did mean it moved somewhat surprisingly. Staff were friendly and welcoming. If I could suggest a couple of improvements: hand towels would be welcome, and making sure towels are in good condition - some were a bit well worn.

Clean, cool, comfortable, plus helpful friendly staff. Great location, less than a 10 minute walk to multiple MRT lines. Lots of restaurants nearby as well, plus the Tiong Bahru hawker center for cheap food food options.

If you want to stay a little outside the city centre then this hotel is quite convenient. The bus stop is right outside and both Havelock and Outram park MRT stations are an easy 10min walk. The taxi ride to/from Changi airport is a breeze as the hotel is just off the expressway and avoids congestion in the city. The suites are spacious but it may be worth trying to get a room higher up. I was on the 2nd floor and the traffic noise was loud throughout the night. Tiong Bahru market is close by for breakfast
