The location is perfect - right next to the main waterfall. The rooms are tiny but adequate for the night. The major problem was the room was freezing!! I wasn't able to turn the ac off, so I asked the front desk about it. They said that they could manually turn it off for me, but they must not have. It remained freezing all night long. I barely got any sleep, and I had to keep getting up throughout the night, turning the shower on hot and running for a long time to heat up the room, but it would inevitably cool back down after a very short period of time, every time. If you have any issue with the cold, do not stay here! If you love the cold... then you'll love this hotel. Personally, I will never stay here again.

This place has a check out time of 9:00 am, even if you do not get there till 10:00 pm the night before. The ‘overstay’ (less than one hour) is extortionate. It is convenient if you are desperate, otherwise find another hotel

Hotel located inside the Jewel shopping center next to T1 with lots of the shopping and dining options to keep your one night stay busy. Hotel only provided one bath towel per person would be nice to have a hand towel to dry my hand and keep my bath towel fresh and dry for shower.

Great stay at airport
Very easy comfortable sleeping room in the airport. Room is tight but this is all you need to sleep and refresh between flights. Room could be a little cooler our sat around 24degc. Nice area to sit with coffee facilities, ice & filtered water. Excellent spot and extremely convenient

Ir is not hotel
Toilet was not working properly. Front desk was not rude but not friendly. Towel was clean but worn out had holes. Complimentary Coffee was watery. Overall they clean hotel but not maintenance and charge a lot to customer but not spend money to improvement.

Too small for two and not friendly. I guess they are thinking nobody will come back anyway. It was late arrival. I want to relex as fast i can so i picked this hotel but next time i will not do that.

Perfect spot to stay if you want to be close to your flight but still in quiet surroundings and close to trains etc. however the staff service made me rate low. They were rude, im guessing because they were constantly abused for not allowing check in before 6pm. The website states there is a laundry but there is no laundry and we were made to check out by 9am when the booking stated 10am checkout. Put a damper on our holiday sadly.

Needs shower partition or splash curtians!!!
This is my 3rd time staying at yotelair. Again, excellent service and location and for my type of transit stay, very adequate accommodations. Great staff and lounge. And yet again i will continue to keep asking yotel to install a sliding door shower glass curtain to keep water from getting the toilet area all wet and makes for a more efficient and comfortable shower experience. Each time i stay here i have to keep showering into the wall or corner to minimize getting splashes into the toilet area. Please please please yotel install some shower curtains or glass partitions!!! Also this time the privacy curtains were dirty and stained, and the bed sheets were dirty...had some dark marks on the them. Not sure what they are. I was too tired to ask them to be changed.

Comfortable & convenient
We landed at 10pm at Changi airport Terminal 1 and it was super convenient that we didn’t need to leave the airport, we could go straight to bed 😊 The hotel is located within the airport, you cross border controll, pick up the luggage and it’s on the 4th floor if I remember well, facing to the Jewel. Small dining area, rooms are clean and comfortable, beds amazing. Check out is a bit early but it’s all right. Bit pricey but worth every penny for the comfort. Would stay again.

It was a nice, small room. Very simple and clean. Perfect for solo travelers. Only downside it was freezing and I tried to raise the temperature and it wouldn’t work so I had to layer up a lot even being under the blankets
