It was definitely convenient for tired travelers in need of some rest, which was the case for me. I was able to take a shower and freshen up, however when i went to sleep, the pillow smelled like mens perfume. I could've called them to have it changed, but i was very tired and needed to sleep on the hours of layover i had left so i used my neck pillows to get some shuteye

It was freezing in the room. I tried to turn it off using the instructions, but when I woke up it was even more cold in the morning than it was when I fell asleep. On top of that, the air conditioning unit was so loud. I did not sleep well and was extremely uncomfortable. I will not book this hotel again

Not a quality stay for the price tag.

I stayed at YOTELAIR Changi Airport with my two kids and partner and, unfortunately, the experience was quite underwhelming, especially considering the $346 SGD per night price tag. Our first room had multiple issues: the air conditioning didn’t work, the coffee machine was faulty, the TV was non-functional, and there was a loud humidifier running constantly. Despite several conversations with the receptionist—who was kind but ultimately ineffective—it took over three hours for us to be moved to another room. By which time, I had no energy left however the 2nd room was better. Not sure why there were these many issues and we were offered it in the 1st place. For a hotel positioned as a convenient and comfortable stopover, this level of service and maintenance was disappointing. I expected much better value for the amount paid. The concept of a compact airport hotel is appealing, but when basic amenities fail and resolution takes hours, it defeats the purpose of a quick, stress-free stay. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again, especially when traveling with children.

The toilet noise is horrible, went a bit crazy having to listen to it fill up for 45 mins late at night while trying to sleep. Really expensive place and you don’t get much.

As a transit passenger having the bed to get some sleep was priceless, Didnt realise that I needed to leave the airport to go to the hotel but that was my mistake. Overall the experience was great.
