I travel almost every 3 weeks and I can hands down say that this was one of my best experiences to date at a boutique hotel. From arriving till leaving I felt at home and the staff took care of anything and everything. When I say that, I mean it. This morning (I've just left) the hotel manager, Miguel, heard I couldn't make it to breakfast due to meetings before checking out, so he made me a to go breakfast, based on what I had for the last 3 days, and had it delivered to my room so I wouldn't go hungry. From sitting by the pool talking to other guest and laughing with staff through the all the little annoyances, the team was on top of it regardless of the hour or the issue. Genuinely very impressed and if we come back to Curacao we know where we will be staying, that's for certain. Thanks Darrel, Tiji, Miguel and everyone else who made this a fantastic experience for us both.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, some accents and translations between certain staff was hard at times but overall a wonderful experience here. All of Hyatt amenities from dreams, imare(I think I spelled it correctly) and zoetry are all included during your stay which was a pleasant experience. Make sure to check activities between each resort via the app they have you download so you dont miss anything.

The property is beautiful, but unfortunately my stay had several issues. The biggest thing everyone should know is that there is an electricity usage limit. If you exceed it, you’ll be charged extra. This was especially frustrating because housekeeping left our lights on every day after cleaning, which likely increased our electricity usage. Since it’s very hot, the air conditioning is absolutely necessary. We also paid for a birthday package, but the birthday banner that was included was never provided. On our first day, our room door was stuck and wouldn’t open, and it took staff a long time to fix the problem. My friend’s room safe also wasn’t working, and during our stay someone stole his chain. Overall, the service was very slow. While the property itself is beautiful, these issues made our experience disappointing. If you plan to stay here, be especially mindful of the electricity limit.
