The front desk gentleman was very unpleasant at check in. There were old mattresses outside the door we walked in sitting on the sidewalk so we had to walk around them. The toilet in our room was not bolted down so anytime you sat on it it would fall forward and then when you got up it would fall back down causing lits of noise, and the light in the bathroom would work sometimes and sometimes not.

I couldn’t make it there due to the it crash of the airlines and so I never actually stayed there. I tried calling the office serval times and nobody would answer. Expedia tried calling as well and never got a response and then told me the hotel wouldn’t give a refund. Terrible customer service.

Room was musty, toilet was running, and the bathroom ceiling was peeling over the shower. When we brought up the running toilet issue, the front staff just stated to "close the door." It appears that the hotel is undergoing renovations (e.g., supplies are in the hallway) as hotel is showing its age. Breakfast is very basic with minimal choices. Overall, kind of pricey for what you get.

There’s a busy railroad right across the street, so don’t stay here if being awakened in the night will bother you. They are doing a lot of renovation at this facility; I think this will be a good improvement. The lounge area in the lobby is inviting.

Hotel had used lotion in room, toilet didn't quit running, poor explanation of where to park, never offered a receipt for the room. The hot tub was completely out of commission as well. Carpet had felt sticky walking around barefoot in room as well.
