This review is for a different stay last month. All was good. This stay, booked on Expedia, was booked for the wrong date - a month off. Of course, even 5 minutes after booking, you cannot change or cancel your booking and receive any kind of credit. We did not use it, just paid for it. Kind of a rip off, but that is the deal if you book third party. I also responded to two messages sent by the property, but they did not reply at all. Really, if I pay for a night and you get the money, you should be able to credit me for another night.

Nice place

Your hotel was lovely and I’d stay again. Your online check in is nice for some, but I heard people complaining about lack of human contact. Please still have staff at the front desk. Breakfast was good. Nice pool and hot tub!

It’s a nice clean hotel and quiet but the beds are firm and there was a very strong air deodorizer odor in the room, it was hard for me to tolerate, it gave me a stuffy nose - for that reason and the hard bed which I don’t like I would not stay here again.
