Awful.

In the first room the bathroom flooded. We were moved to another room, where we found a used drug needle on the floor. Front desk came to remove the needle, but we had to request another room. The third rooms door would not unlock, and we had to get help from the front anytime we needed into the room. Ended up leaving and not staying overnight. Being led on a blind chase to get a refund.

The room was spacious and clean and we were able to check out at 12pm. They upgraded our room to a King suite when we arrived at no extra charge. The staff was very friendly and breakfast had a good selection and was delicious. There is also a pool and hot tub we had to ourselves during our stay which was a plus. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again.

Property was clean and orderly. Common area was very small as was the breakfast area. Worst thing is NO ELEVATOR. Lugging a suitcase up a full flight of stairs is not something I enjoy.
