Overall good
Overall good experience, staff friendly. Our toilet didn’t flush but they sent someone up immediately and he had it fixed in less than 15 minutes (other than it still ran most of the night). Things are older and there was a bit of a musty smell but seemed clean. Breakfast was good.

There were used toiletries in the shower when we checked in. They didn’t make the bed when we had our room cleaned. The safe didn’t work. But the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property was clean, everything in the room was in good repair. The bed was comfortable. Upon our arrival at 9:50 pm I was excited to sit in the hot tub after a long drive, however, the man that checked me in told me it closed at 10pm so I was disappointed but I thought I could use it in the AM. In the AM I worked out and then went to the hot tub and the hours posted said it was open until 11pm so I was misinformed about that. Also the Hot Tub was not very hot at all. It was more like a lukewarm bath so that was also a bit disappointed. I would have given this property 5 stars if the staff would have informed me properly and the hot tub was actually hot.

Hotel smelled. Our room smelled. Hair in the bathtub, bugs in the bathroom. Toilet was not attached firmly. Fire extinguishers were rusted in the bathroom. Beds were soft, pillows were lumpy. Breakfast was okay, not great. Hot tub wasn't hot. Hotel needs major updates.

The hotel is pretty worn out and shabby. The rooms are dated and definitely need updated. The walls are thin. The room did seem clean and that was my priority.

Was stayong here a couple of nights for a concert. Everything was clean and comfy, had a room with jacuzzi tube, it was great. Walls were a bit thin and building had some wear and tear but nothing that negativly impacted my stay.

The bedding and towels appeared to be clean, which is the most important part. The coverlet (meant to protect the bedding) was heavily stained with chunky, crusty bits and oily spots. The remote control was sticky. That was extremely gross. The back parking lot makes it appear that this is in a really bad neighborhood. There were abandoned vehicles up on blocks with the wheels missing and someone is living in an old camping trailer back there. The staff was kind and helpful, though.
