The staff at check in were great and friendly. Asked how I was paying gave them a card. Upon checking out they charged the wrong card, when I called them they said they can refund the incorrect card but will take 3-5 days, but they definitely didn't waste time charging the correct card. In the room itself it, the bathroom had rust on the metal door frame and fire sprinkler. The towel bar in the bathroom came off the wall while taking a towel off of it. The 2nd bed if you tried laying near the wall started tipping that way. Matrass not very comfortable. Breakfast was good with hot items.
