This property was very nice for the money. We had a large dining table in our room which was very convenient. One of the nicer hot breakfast buffets. We didn’t swim but the pool looked clean although shallow. Overall I would recommend.

I was staying there with 3 cats, and never once did anybody ask if I needed anything. Sink plunger would not work and one bedside lamp did not work either. There was also no tv channel listing, so I was constantly searching channels to see what was on. Otherwise room was quiet and comfortable.

Checked into our room and found a pile of dog poop on the floor under the coat rack. I highly doubt any part of the room was cleaned when they missed a pile of poop right on the floor.

Best Western - Sioux Falls

This Best Western was not up to the quality I expect from the Best Western chain. The bed and towels were past their prime and the floor that wasn’t carpet had a stickiness to it. The staff were friendly (although the evening guy who checked us in wasn’t aware that there were multiple restaurants within a short walk of the hotel). The breakfast was good and the hotel was conviently located. They also made no fuss with us parking our truck with RV in the lot.
