Nice rooms and a fun pool. Our waitress in the pub was awesome! Will be back agaim on our next trip to SD. Took forever to get hot water so if you want a quick shower better be ready to wait about 5 minutes for the water to get warm

Couldn’t use outdoor pool men sitting out there smoking cigars paid double because of a trapper convention. Then changed after I left for a pet which wasnt mentioned when i checked in.

Great waterpark
My family and I enjoyed the stay. It has a fun waterpark inside with a great outdoor pool as well. The rooms were clean and updated. Some of the common areas had a musty smell and needed a little updating. They also ran out of pool towels, but not a big deal as we used our room towels instead. Overall we enjoyed the hotel and I would stay again.

Way overpriced for a hotel that is in desperate need of improvements. The pool area is fun and kids will definitely have fun. The security guard is very attentive to a point that I was accused of bringing in an outside beer into the bar after I purchased it at the bar. *insert eyeroll*

Better for people with younger kids
It would be great if we had all young kids. We had our 16, 14, and 9 year old. The 9 year old loved it, everyone else, it was just ok. The rooms were fine except our TV had some sort of lag that made it annoying to watch. The pool area was big, but completely unruly. When you sign in there's a list you have to sign saying you will follow these dozen rules etc. I think I saw every single one broken multiple times. It's like, why even have them if nobody enforces them? My biggest complaint is probably the other guests. Only a handful of parents actually watched their kids. The rest of them ran around completely our of control while the parents got drunk. My older kids weren't impressed. They mostly sat in our room. The breakfast was ok although there wasn't enough seating. The muffins and hash browns were really good, everything else was mid. All the staff we interacted with were nice.
