We stayed in one of the rooms with a jetted tub and the king bed and pull out sofa, the sofa mattress was extremely dirty. We didn’t have any extra blankets in our room to even use on the mattress. When we asked for a different mattress we were told they didn’t have any, there were also chips and garbage underneath the mattress. Lots of grout in the cracks in the shower and jetted tub. We were then told that we could get a different room, without a jetted tub which we paid for, without any money back. Or suck it up and keep the dirty room. And it wouldn’t be so terrible but we were utterly disgusted because the stains on the mattress looked like either old blood stains or urine. We all crammed into the one king bed which wasn’t very comfortable for us. Kinda overpriced over 500 for two nights for a dirty room.

This was a small family vacation weekend. It was nice. The pool area isn't exactly what you would expect it to be, there isn't really an area to swim at all. Rules were easy to break in the pool by anyine as parents didnt care or pay attention to their own children because they were drinking. Hotel was clean, room was clean. Had a couple burn marks on the couch from the iron in the room.

In town for a basketball tournament and this worked well for 2 adults and a teen. Room was small, although others on the floor looked much larger. Shower pressure was abysmal. Kiddos enjoyed the waterpark.

The swimming area war in the middle of the property, which was great. However, the hallways and maps were very complicated and easy to get turned around/lost. Similar to the colleseum, the hallways were basically a circle around. Staff was great, very clean and safe.

Would not recommend - price is high for the quality of the hotel. We ended up leaving because the pool smelled like poop, the bathroom had hair and bugs in it. Did not want to risk my children’s health for a night of sleep.
