We arrived to check in a little later than we wanted. We wrre greeted by Jabriel. He was excellent and asked if we ever stayed here before. He let us know about the pool, hot tub, gym and all the amenities the hotel had to offer. He was super kind and told us to ask if we need anything. The lobby was clean the entire atmosphere was wonderful. The breakfast was great and our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Wr will stay at this hotel again, had eberything we were looking for including friendly staff :)

We were in town for our grandson's birthday and early Christmas. Our stay was very nice. When we checked in, there was a need to change rooms. Apparently, I booked the wrong kind of room. The front desk was so very helpful and accommodating with this request and it just made the remainder of our stay all that much better.

We have stayed here multiple times. The staff is great. Rooms are clean with very comfortable beds. Breakfast is better than most continental breakfasts, waffles with whipped cream and strawberries, eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal, muffins, yogurt, and more. This is our go-to hotel in Sioux Falls.
