The room was fine - so my frustration isn't with the property specific but with Hotels.com. When I got my receipt, the price was $50 per night HIGHER than when I booked it - PLUS they took points....

The room wasn’t ready at check-in, the toilet had feces all along the back rim, there was hair all over in the bathtub and bathroom floor, the hair product containers were empty and the room had a very musty smell. The elevator button panel was hanging open and the stick-on tiling in the elevator was held on with packing tape. The pictures online looked so good. I was very disappointed with my stay.

Pretty noisy - one side just 150 yards from I-29
Super clean and comfortable room with easy parking and access to Empire Mall. However, encountered service issues with check in, breakfast, and check out. In addition, one side of this property faces directly onto a multilane freeway so hard to get a quiet room if you are sensitive to noise. Likely will look elsewhere next time.

Elevator was small and sounded really rough. The floor was also very dirty. However our room was clean and it was fine for just staying over night. We had a small microwave and fridge ( no freezer) which was nice.
