Check-in was easy, staff were friendly. Room was clean and well laid out. Breakfast was amazing! My only issues were that the shower curtain in room 309 had mold in the bottom of it and now of the bath towels was frayed and well worn. Two things that can easily be fixed but would not keep me from coming back.

Check in was a breeze. However, after about an hour or so in our room the toilet handle broke and we could not flush the toilet. They had us switch rooms. When we got into the new room it was rather warm so we turned the air conditioner down and hoped it would cool off the room. After about two hours it cooled the room a little but it was evident to us that this air conditioner was not going to work. Too late at night to do anything so we suffered through the night. We did inform the desk in the morning about our troubles and all the girl said was that "you have had quite a lot of bad luck." That was it no apology. Nothing.

This hotel is in a great area. We have stayed here multiple times. Rooms could use some updating but the bed is comfy. TVs could be updated to smart tvs for streaming.
