Highly Recommend!!
The place is extremely well taken care of. You can tell a lot of time & money went into the restoration. It is by far the nicest place we've ever stayed. The staff was beyond accommodating & all of them were nice & courteous. The one gentleman went literally above and beyond to make sure our parking was convenient as possible for us & made sure we had everything we needed. The bar setting was perfect & the historical touches throughout were amazing. I would highly recommend this place & i cannot stress enough how the online pictures do not give it justice. It does not have a pool or breakfast but it didn't bother us one bit considering everything it had to offer. It is also located right downtown close to bars, restaurants, shops & Falls Park. We will definitely be staying here every time we visit Sioux Falls.

Amazing Property! Beautiful rooms and lounge. Very Friendly staff . Last night was a bit noisy in the hallway was woke up around 2 am by someone who couldn't get in their room. But still a good stay.

My daughters and I treated ourselves to this lovely hotel during our annual Christmas shopping weekend. The hotel is LOVELY…rooms delightful!! The valet was quick to help and the staff, pleasant. We will be back! We enjoy a luxury stay and this one is the new top of the list for us!

Front desk guy wouldn’t help me connect to the internet so it took me 4 hours to eat after the concert I went to and he said it was because of my iPhone when all he had to do was show me it was working, also the shower made a humming noise and turned off and the room was double what I was told I would be paying for.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel on Philips! What a wonderful property! We stayed in the Peacock room & had an awesome view of the river. The staff was accommodating & friendly. We felt safe walking in downtown Sioux Falls & staff recommendations for supper & breakfast were great picks. We were in town for a concert & will definitely do this again!
