We love staying at Hotel on Phillips. For some reason it was as if drag racing was going on all night on the downtown streets. Extremely loud cars racing through the night into early morning. Not sure if this is a weekend occurrence. The rooms are usually very quiet and beds so comfortable. We always have a positive experience here and will definitely return as this is not the fault of the property. Hope the city can address this issue.

They charge 15 dollars valet outrageous when can park free on street for weekend little tiny parking lot that is free if you arrive “in time” so that stinks.

The hotel is a beautifully restored bank building conveniently located in downtown Sioux Falls. Charming bar area, rooms are nicely equipped and attractively decorated. Would recommend highly.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, the intersection where the hotel sits seemed to be the favorite place for cats and motorcycles to sit and rev their engines and peel out all night long. It’s also along a route that a drink and pedal company uses, so you get to hear the riders screaming as they pedal around the block.
