The guy at the check in desk was polite and got us checked in pretty fast BUT i asked for a lower floor room and we were put on 3rd floor luckily there is a elevator. The room was clean but im pretty sure the bed needed replaced 10 yrs ago! And the bedding popped off the bed middle of the night & U could see it needed.replaced . Best part was that it was just over $50 for the night
