The bed was VERY uncomfortable and needed replacing, the carpet had numerous stains and needed cleaning, the toilet was short and needed to be replaced with the taller model. For over $140 per night we were very disappointed!!

The room had a musty smell to it. It had a handicapped shower, and I am ASSUMING that it has spilled onto the floor more than once since the edge of it was not very high. I did hear that they have a major renovation starting next week. Maybe that will help. Breakfast was average, with signs saying that their vendor's weren't able to provide all of their normal supplies. Convenient to the freeway though.

We stayed on a weekend they were fully booked. Our room had no heat. We were told by a staff member named Natalie that she would speak with the manager once they are back in town and get us some type of refund for having to stay in a room with no heat. I reached out to the facility after not hearing anything from the hotel and sent a message. I have still heard nothing. I would consider this horrible customer service and would never stay there again.

The staff was very welcoming and informed us well. The room was clean, big and quiet. There was free fruit in a bowl at the reception: much appreciated. We will definitely go back if we come back to Sioux Falls.

Deceiving
The only think updated was the outside of the building! From the moment I entered my allergies were triggered from the smell of cigarette smoke and my room was 10 times worse! The room/carpet smelled moldy and I sneezed and coughed all night. I was offered a fan which I appreciated but the king suites definitely need some tender loving care. The staff was great but I would never choose to stay there again.
