We parked in an area for us to view our car but the parking lights were too dark and there was a strong odor that was unpleasant. The rooms were big but were not secure we managed to push the back entrance door effortlessly before we could use the card. But overall we had a fun time in the pool area. Lots of options to do in the hotel with various water slides and pools arcade and we had a decent sleep.

My kiddo LOVED the water park! Our room was clean and we ate at the restaurant attached. The hotel offers paid breakfast and a Starbucks coffee machine.

The one room had what looked like blood stains on the carpet :(. The second room the TV had lines going thru it,there was dried ketchup on a lamp the tub didn't drain well,and the chair had stains all over it!

Had 3 diff drunk peoplw knock on our door after 11pm. Fire was started in one of the outside ashtrays for god knows how long employees dumped ashes next to it and never cleaned it up. Few arcade games did not work correctly and when i told front desk nothing said someone would call never did. Kids in pool area not following any rules my son got kicked in the face and rhe back due to kids doing crazy stuff on the slide. Have videos of this happening and none of your staff present doing anything about it. Was absolutely a crap stay.

Very poor service. Rooms were not ready at check-in. Had to wait in the Lobby along with 20 other people that had the same issue. Our room did not have a hair dryer. Had to borrow one from connecting room. Even the lower end hotels have hair dryers. Rooms were only cleaned every 3 days. Understandable but please replace towels. Stopped at the front desk on the 2nd day and were unable to get towels. Laundry was way behind. Went to Walmart and bought some.Went down for breakfast @ 8:00 A.M. All containers were empty and had to wait 20 minutes just to get a cup of coffee. Worst stay ever @ a Motel.
