The breakfast in the morning at the hotel was a terrible choice and they seemed short staffed and quite unfriendly. The check-in staff were nice and accommodating however. Extremely convenient when attending a concert.

Great stay, loved being able to walk right to the Denny Sanford Center for a concert. Wish the hotel offered food after the concert. A lot of people would have ordered food, as they were hungry later in the evening.

I like that it is connected to the concert area. I didn't like, our key didn't work to open up our door, they fixed this problem the morning we left. No heat in the room, it was very chilly, hard time sleeping when it was so cool in the room. No towel's in the swimming area. For the price of the room for 1 night, it was very disappointing to have these issue's.

When you are spending $480 on a room for 1 evening, one would think you would have a clean hotel room. Definitely disappointed with this stay, especially having managed properties for over 7yrs.
