There was an old dirty coffee cup next to the bed, which creaked every time we turned over or moved during the night. Poor staff response to requested pillows and the tub was not functioning.

Things were adequate, but I definitely wouldn’t classify it as “good.” The room wasn’t very clean or kept up (short black hairs on the toilet and sink, stains on the carpet, poor wall patches from previous fixture placement, a hole in the fitted sheet, light didn’t work inside the shower, empty conditioner container/no conditioner, loud high pitched sound that went on for several moments when the toilet was flushed, etc). It wasn’t egregiously horrible or anything, but just a lot of little/minor things. The beds were comfortable enough, especially after about 13-14 hours on the road. Staff was helpful and kind when I asked for things or interacted with them. Other issues were that the side entrance we used was open and didn’t require a keycard to get in, which was a bit unsettling after seeing a man walk through the parking lot then immediately turn back and walk back towards the casino/gas station/Quiznos next door. He didn’t appear to be a guest of the hotel, but I have no idea. The pool was freezing, hot tub was out of order, and there were no towels in the pool area. I didn’t go into it, but from a brief glance, the fitness area looked like it had some decent equipment in it.

How about a shower door you can shut?! Or at least open from the inside?! No handle on the inside. How about a snack machine somewhere on the premises? I needed one because when I went to the Quiznos which is essentially in the parking lot (walking distance) there was only one person behind the counter - he made eye contact with me twice and after standing there 5 minutes no one came to take my order. No other food anywhere near this hotel (which is why the snack machine is a necessity). Hotel was also very loud, until after midnight. Bedspreads were also stained. I stayed at a Sleep Inn once in St. Louis and it was great but this one was absolutely terrible.

Lowest tier stay hot tub broken book area gross. There was a guy waiting to check in for over 30 min. Very entitled front desk guy worst side of town. No bugs clean room you have to ask for room service didn't even empty the trash

The pictures arent from the same hotel, rough neighborhood, homeless people sleeping outide the doors. Pool isnt the oke they have in picutes, extremely outdated. Bathrooms have mold on ceiling, shower door doesnt shut, carpet peeled up and moldy underneath. Worry to even park vehicle outside as it has a good chance of getting broken into. Wouldn't refund us our money to cancel pur stay. And we are only here 1 night or we wouldn't of stayed. People are fairly friendly though

It needs some TLC. New carpet needed in our room. Shower leaked onto floor because it needs a rubber ceil on shower door. Good vacuuming would do wonders. I would Not use the coffee maker, to dusty.

The hotel had a musty smell, the breakfast area was far too small for the size of the hotel and there is a business right behind it that had alarms going off several times during the night. Will not stay there again
