The bed was comfortable, that is the only nice thing I can say. My key didn’t work multiple times, the shampoo and conditioner were empty, the shower didn’t have a handle to close the door, the bathroom door moved like it would fall off the track, the room smelt so moldy when we came in, everything was very dated

I have stayed in many Sleep Inns pleasantly. This place should be condemned! I have pictures of everything from filthy dirty carpets and bathrooms,to black mold everywhere in the shower and on the walls and ceiling. Little flies coming out of the sink. Air conditioning that didn’t work- just blew hot air. I will be contacting Choice hotels and reporting this. I have never seen anything even close to this. What a disgrace to Sleep Inn!

The sheets had stains it smelt musty there was a casino across from doorway with people hanging out we did not stay here we went somewhere else was still charged not recommended for anyone worst room I have ever seen not happy at all

Dirty bathroom: the toilet was not cleaned, shower had hair in the drain and on the walls. Dirty bed: stains on bed spread. Dirty carpet: stains and something smashed into the carpet. Holes/tears in the blackout curtains. Homeless people hanging around the outside of property; couldn't pull into the porte-cochere because there were loitering people congregated in the driveway. Dirty lobby bathroom It's really my fault...what did I expect for the price...duh

Older place but ok for what we needed.

This hotel is an average older hotel. It fit our needs but the beds were very dated and need to be replaced. Our room also smelled very musty. I’m guessing because it was right next to the pool. I bought air fresheners which helped a little. The shower leaked water all over the floor and the hot tub was out of service and looked dirty. The staff was nice and it worked for us as we didn’t spend much time in the room.

Carpet in room was dirty. Headboard was filthy with handprints. Dents in headboard. Bathroom floor was wet like someone just showered and only one towel. Hotel needs some maintenance- inside and outside as well.

Overall it wasn’t horrible. The rooms were small. The toilet in our room whistled every time it was flushed. The floor was not vacuumed. There was a refrigerator and microwave in our room. They both worked well. Our a/c worked but there were spider egg sacks in the vent of the a/c. We didn’t hear anything in our room from the outside or the hallways. The breakfast was really good. Had eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and waffles plus cereal and toast and bagels as well. For the price it was definitely worth it. It was also just myself and my husband staying for a night so we didn’t go swimming and weren’t in the room much but to sleep.

Worst Sleep Inn in the US!

Room 104 was so bad we were only there for 15 minutes and checked out and drove another 5 hours home. Moldy and cigarette smell, bathroom dirty. Furniture and bed frame delaminating. Smell made us nauseous. Front desk had no comment or replacement room. Never stay at the Sleep Inn in Sioux Falls SD by the airport! Bad area to stay. Did not want to spend time taking any pictures.

Horrible

The front desk lady was angry. The pool was freezing not enjoyable the hot tub was broken there was bugs in the pool it smelled like Clorox wipes and moldy wood in the pool area. In our room it had left over trash from the last people. There was a part in the middle of the room that was sunken in and it would flex inward when you walked on it the walls and ceiling were separated and filled in with foam. We only got one room key there was a missing shampoo bottle and the conditioner was mostly empty.we couldn't get extra towels
