The area for this motel is great for the closeness and convience with Sanford Hospital. I have stayed in the motel many times. My only thing is it could be update in the rooms. The decor is old and needs a refresh. But you can not beat the price and neatness.

It was the nicest hotel we have stayed in for a long time. When the worst thing i could find was the bathtub soap was very hard to get out of the wrapper.

The property was conveniently located next to Sanford Medical Center. I was surprised there were no automatic doors to make the property more accessible for the mobility impaired. As well, there was smoking right outside the entrance.
