Close to the water. Some rooms have views. Pool was in good shape.

The room was clean and in excellent condition, with beverages available all day in the minibar. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained.The Signature pool was fantastic, and the quality of the beverages there was excellent (Grey Goose and other premium options). The beach service for Signature guests was also very good. In general, the food throughout the resort was very good.Minor complaints:The food at the beach and pool bars was only average. However, you can always go to the beach buffet or the main resort buffet if you want something more substantial. It was difficult to get a table at the à la carte restaurants more than once. The concierge tried hard to help us, so I can’t complain about their effort, but it seemed the restaurants were not operating at full capacity — there were many empty tables every night across all shifts. Overall, it’s a great place and I would recommend it.

O hotel trás propaganda enganosa, onde nas fotos mostram vista para a piscina para todos os quartos do By refúgio, e aí chegar lá, somente um quarto tem a vista para a piscina. Quando o questionei, fui informada que utilizam as mesmas fotos por que os quartos são iguais. Porém não são iguais, somente um tem vista para a piscina. Isso causou frustração, pois reservei o quarto com base nas fotos, e quando cheguei lá era totalmente diferente.

Clean rooms, friendly and professional staff, good restaurant, quiet and peaceful, close to the beach to enjoy the restaurants and bars, overall a good value.

Overall this place was great. We came here during a festival we did not know about, so it was very loud, not to blame the hotel for that. The only thing that was not excellent was the staff. The staff never greeted us and also did not give us directions about breakfast, check out, etc. This could be improved.

Casa maravilhosa, local calmo, com um jardim lindo, bem localizada, o condomínio tem van que leva ate o centrinho Praia do Forte e ate a Praia do Lord. Mas o melhor de tudo foi a presença da Rosa, a funcionária da casa responsável por cozinhar, maravilhosa, gentil, e cozinha muito bem! Amamos tudo e ja estamos sonhando em voltar.
