The airport shuttle is nice. Room are dated but the beds are very comfortable. Our tv was not working and front desk changed it out himself.

Pros: bed was comfortable, staff did good job. Cons: terrible location. Hotel is located next to a bar that is open until 2am and the music is very loud. A food truck is just outside the bar do you get noise from band/music in the bar and loud voices at the food truck. I went to front desk and asked to be moved. Answer was no because hotel will be full tomorrow. My stay was 2 days, the least they could do was move me to another room that night but they refused.

The staff was friendly and the room was mostly clean. The room was very cold upon arrival but warmed up. There was no shampoo available. Surprise charges was a 5.50 resort fee and 4.50 sales tax on top of what I paid when booking. Good location.

I loved my 2 recent stays at Sitka Hotel. VERY quaint and perfect sized. Never had issues from bar next door, and I stayed during the week and on the weekend. Close to great food spots and store.
