Exceptional hotel ideally located. Not flashy but very comfortable (good bed, good linen, good shower, good breakfast). Very well managed by a couple who speaks good English and is very attentive to customers needs and wishes. Very helpful with trip planning. Very good value, highly recommended.

The Receptionists were very helpful and friendly. They gave us tipps for dining and called a taxi for us. They speak english very good. We could stay in the lobby and drink Tea. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. With a waterfall shower head very nice!! The Breakfast was very rich. And the room was for a comfortable price. We would defintly come again if we visit Sivas

Das Hotel bietet keinen großen Komfort, aber man hat alles, was man braucht. Das Personal und der Chef sind freundlich. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und fussläufig zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir waren schon das zweite Mal hier und werden beim nächsten Besuch wieder hier buchen.

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi, medreselerin olduğu meydana yürüme mesafesinde. Kahvaltısı çeşitli ve lezzetliydi, Sivas katmeri de mevcuttu. Odaların genişliği ve temizliği gayet iyiydi. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü.
