Wonderful sea view from the room. Room and bathroom was a little dated but clean and everything was functional. Beds were comfy. Restaurant right downstairs is open to the sea giving stunning views and food was good but not much available for vegetarians.

The place was nice except that the power was out due to a bad storm, so we couldn’t do that much. The beach front was not great since it had been storming and the hotel could not keep up with it.

Wonderful site in the midst of the jungle at seafront. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, exciting experience. Nice beach, but not well maintained, maybe because of the season? (beginning of June). Beautiful restaurant with friendly staff and very good meals.

Here’s a polished review you can post: We had an amazing stay at Hotel Aguas Claras in Costa Rica. The food was absolutely delicious, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect. The beach nearby was beautiful, peaceful, and great for relaxing. Everything about the experience felt special and authentic. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Caribbean side of Costa Rica!

This hotel and spa was AMAZING! Loved the staff so friendly and helpful with everything. The breakfast was super yummy and it was so clean. The environment was perfect and I really enjoyed the pool❤️❤️. The bakery around the corner was super yummy too highly recommend great hotel for the price. So relaxing and laid-back even very accommodating when we had a late check-in.

Lovely, family owned property. The only thing that would have been helpful would be to have more room amenities such as mini fridge, microwave, hangers, more towels… etc. Property is clean, close to everything in Puerto Viejo, within walking distance to the beach, has a good breakfast, and staff is very friendly.

This has to be the most unique hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The layout of the hotel is so cool and unique. Although the rooms were small, it really has everything that you need. The bed was super comfortable and I got really good sleep. The people at the hotel were super kind, super accommodating and very friendly. I absolutely love the music that they were playing in the background so much that I even asked for the playlist. The breakfast was absolutely amazing every day I had the pancakes, the rice and the French toast. Everything was delicious. I also had dinner there one night and it was pretty good as well. The drinks at the bar were good and the bartender was kind and quick.
