Online check in and check out easy. However, check in staff did not say much about where amenities were, six as breakfast area or what hotel had to offer. Staff at breakfast wasn’t helpful when all tables were busy and left us wandering around until someone left. We then had to find someone to help clear and clean it. Room was clean, unfortunately faced the roadworks and we got woken up by the digger 7am Monday. Location of hotel was great.
