Overnight stay
Me and my husband stayed overnight in Skegness while visiting a friend who lives near by . I chose the hotel because of private parking . However if it was full to capacity and everyone had a car there would be nowhere near enough room . A sign in the door was offering rooms for £35 and that’s about right. ( for us this was a free night from hotel.com ) The bed was extremely uncomfortable . Very low and a mattress that was more like a trampoline ( and not much thicker ) with a dip in the middle . No bedside lamps, hand towels , or bath mat for outside the shower. On a positive note the room and bathroom , although in need of a little tlc were clean , and the hotel is a few minutes walk from the Main Street on the front, with restaurants and pubs nearby . The gentleman who greeted us was extremely friendly, polite . This is not the best place we have stayed in , but it is also not the worse . For youngsters who just want a place to crash after a night out , it is probably ideal . Alas not so ideal for a semi retired couple .

It was hard to find and get inside to be honest, the host was really welcoming and carried our stuff up to the room, the room itself was tidy clean bedding, bathroom had water marks all over the walls needs a good paint in there and shower bottom was off also tv didn’t work due to rubbish aerial no bar open no reception after 10 just a mobile number to call very expensive for what we got won’t be back much cheaper and better quality elsewhere

Great room very clean. Host was exceptionally welcoming. Large bathroom. Plenty drawers and wardrobe space. Two grandkids loved it and named it as their favourite place to stay again. Great location close to everything. Cant wait to return.

The staff (Manichander and Faisal) were really co-operative and polite. I came to the hotel after working a night shift at 8:30am and requested Manichander at reception to let me check in early as I needed to sleep. He understood and allocated a room to me. These little things mean a lot in customer service. Thank you for keeping such lovely staff. I'd definitely refer my friends to this hotel. Cheers!

Went to skegness to visit my step sister, and got this hotel as was very cheap . Room was basic . But very clean . Manager was very polite and accommodating. Bed was comfy . Only complaint was . There was no hot water And smoke alarm fell off the ceiling during the stay . But it was excellent value . Unfortunately i had to leave early Not because of the hotel. But because of family reasons . But all in all . Good hotel . Cheap and Cheerful. Many thanks

I wouldnt stay again.
Hotel called me during the day to find out check in time, this was reassuring. Digital locks on front door and room, modern. Staff welcoming. Decor, tired. Bed, mattress, soft, out of date. Clean bedding but hiding a dirty matress. Little to no sound insulation between room. Could hear the staff microwave, person being sick etc. Didnt sleep well. Bathroom was clean, just out of date.

The mattress was in a particularly poor condition and needs replacing. This issue was brought to the attention of the staff on duty. The location is ideal for the seafront attractions, though overall, it was not value for money.

The property is generally dusty and dirty especially the stairs that goes to thw basement, you can not only smell the dust but you can even see it, the property needs a deep cleaning. Its very close to attractions which was good, the staff was very friendly especially the man on the front desk

Awful grubby unclean hotel
As I drive into car park it was overflowing with rubbish everywhere , it was an eyesore, we were to early to check in but asked at reception if I could leave my car in the car park which was fine , I asked to use the bathroom, omg there were 2 toilets one had faeses all on it the other was full of urine and no toilet paper , the room was grubby and not cleaned properly, there was chewing gum stuck to the wall , shower awful couldn’t even use it , no mattress protectors on bed and stains all on it , one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in , I have pictures as evidence

Friendly staff. Basic room with code entry rather than key. Clean comfortable bed. No hairdyer or shower gel but soap for sink provided. No food or bar facilities but for the price it was OK and within walking distance of seafront and puer
