Beautiful setting in the woods, the restaurant inside of the facility had very good food and service. There was a miscommunication of where to check in at, which caused us to drive around for 30 minutes trying to find the correct place. The rooms seemed dated and a little rundown, even though a couple pieces of furniture had been updated. The elevator had an atrocious smell to it. For the price we paid we were hoping for more. Overall, the experience was OK, but probably would not stay at this facility again.

Sunroom ceiling was covered in mold and the light in that room was out so we never used this room, which is a shame since it got the most light. We asked for them to replace the bulb the first night and they never did. The kitchen was almost functional. A bare minimum of pots and pans (luckily, we brought some of our own) but no cutting board. The place was clean and it was quiet and in a very nice wooded setting; location was very convenient for our activities nearby.

It is an old lodge so kinda needs some attention. Room was fine, it was a nice view of the wilderness. Quiet and relaxing. Sheets needed some attention too, spots on the sheets. I'm sure they were clean just had spots.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Only complaint was what we paid for 1 night. It was definitely not that fancy of a room/facility. The breakfast was fabulous though. Very pretty surroundings also. Staff was extremely pleasant.

The room could use some sprucing up, but it’s clean, comfortable, and has an amazing view off the balcony. The on-site restaurant is great and the trailhead to Natural Bridge is at the end of the parking lot.

Good Room for Four People

Super clean room, Ava at the check in was very nice, pleasantly surprised by hotel itself, thoroughly enjoyed the dinner buffet and complimentary breakfast buffet, disappointed with information about exactly where we were staying and very upset at being told room slept six (we had five guests) to find out they expected three people to sleep in each of the FULL sized beds (thought there would have been a pull out couch)
