The room was clean and the staff extremely nice. Kristina is a lovely host and so helpful with giving directions and tips getting around Dubrovnik. Breakfast was great. I highly recommend this place and I will be going back myself for sure.

Great apartment. Lots of stairs so be prepared to carry your bags.

The lady running these rooms was the only positive about this property. The advertisement is deceiving, there’s no mention of the hundreds of stairs just to get to this property. I could only do these stairs once per day, so I felt trapped. The bathroom is tiny and smells musty like mold.

Maro and his family were so friendly! They welcomed us upon arrival and have us a tour of the property and made us feel at home. Location is great, so close to the airport. Would recommend this to a friend or stay again

First of all, location is great! Ivana was very helpful anytime I needed something. Room had all the amenities we needed, and whatever was missing was in the facility, it was very good! Highly recommended!

There is construction now into summer 2026 in the plaza shown in photos outside of the front of the building. Very loud and it starts early. We weren't made aware of this prior to check-in although it was known, that didn't feel great. Good location and safe otherwise.
