Arrived to Slave Lake a bit later than planned but loved that hotel was right off the highway. Check in was quick and easy and was able to park near the end of the hall and use the side door to get the few items up and in as well as keep dog away from lobby and food area at breakfast. Upon checkout I had forgotten my almost brand new ipad under the pillow on the bed and housekeeping was fast and honest and came running after me when I was on my way to the car. Very relieved and commend the honesty and integrity of the hotel and staff and that act alone will ensure I stay again.

Our stay was good. My only critiques would be that the breakfast area was far too small. Given its limited capacity, guests should not be able to to take up table space and converse over coffee for hours, and, knocking on doors for room service at 8:15 AM is far too early. Even with the Do Not Disturb sign out, the walls are paper thin, so you can hear staff banging on the doors on your floor. Woke us up each day of our stay.
