Unfortunately the ac seems not cold enough

building and properties already old, cleanliness was not good either. but what i most disappointed was the service of the staff, i booked for package included pick up service but there's no confirmation at all an when I already arrived at station at midnight they said they can not pick up because its already very late, so what's the point they give this package right!! and they said breakfast is 6-10 AM, but when I went to restaurant at 9 AM, the food almost gone and they didn't refilled it, even when I ask just for some fried egg, they couldn't get it!

I loved staying at the Mahalaya Hotel in Solo. The staff are all so friendly yet professional, the rooms spacious and quiet, the breakfast delicious and the location super convenient. The pool is an added bonus. Many other reviewers noted the swimming lessons that are conducted in the pool and how these seem to take over the area when they're on. During my stay, yes, there were classes on but not all the time, which meant that there were also times I was able to enjoy the pool all to myself. Running these classes is clearly a business model that is working for the hotel but it's also important to remember that learning how to swim is a vital skill for children to have. I applaud the hotel for giving children this opportunity. Looking forward to staying here on my next visit to Solo.
