Got told to g a diffrent hotel to get a drink

Rooms are old and the AC was not working

The hotel is well located, breakfast and the restaurant is good and the view is awesome. The room claims to have AC but it didn’t work and made my stay horrible. I was given a small portable fan upon check in, and could barely sleep throughout the week during the heat wave when it 40 Celsius outside.

Rahman was the absolute best when we stayed at this property, we ended up coming back super late and had no food and he took amazing care of us. Property was nice nothing too fancy but we only stayed for one night. Perfect if you’re going to a concert nearby! 10/10 for Rahman

nice alternative to staying close to DUS airport. A bit to far too walk to the terminals but other than that quite ok. Very clean and very quiet.

Do not stay at this hotel if there is a convention or exhibition at Messe Düsseldorf. The from desk did not have enough staff to handle a full hotel.
