All staff especially Tony was very helpful, welcoming. Made my stay very pleasant indeed. I do think the chef may need some guidance in the kitchen as the food hit on the average side.

Great place to stay if heading to Heathrow - only 15mins away but so much quieter than all the hotels nearer to Heathrow. Breakfast was great and staff were lovely, will definitely stay again for future departures from Heathrow

Loved our stay.

Had an amazing stay with my son. Friendly staff on desk. Nice sized room , comfy bed. Breakfast was lovely! Only downfall was had to pay full price adult for my child. So was a tad expensive so couldn’t afford £60 for breakfast for 2 mornings for me and my son. So we only ate once. But it was good!

Stay was great. Stayed here after a day in Warner bros studios. Check in was good. Very pleasant. Room is lovely, spacious, clean. Breakfast was yuck. Scrambled eggs were more slop than scrambled, bacon just warmed. Wouldnt pay for breakfast again but would stay here. Parking was a £10 charge for overnight however this was well advertised and expected in advance. Lovely stay overall though. Perfectly positioned for the trek home m4 bound.

I was disappointed that you still have to pay for parking even if you have a disabled badge i found £10 a night very expensive, also was shocked you have to pay for use of swimming pool.

The hotel was extremely well managed the service excellent. The hotel was clean and fresh. The room was lovely it had everything you needed including a fridge (bonus) The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom spotless couldn’t fault it I had room service a couple of nights the food was beautifully presented thank you I would highly recommend this hotel.
