Was given the wrong type of room, although it was clean it still wasn't the room type I had reserved and paid for. Individuals wandering around outside the hotel grounds led me to feeling very worried about my car. Reception staff had to be listened to very carefully, it almost felt like English was a challenge for them, I heard 3 different people on the desk and they all struggled.

I had a terrible check-in experience. The front desk gave me the wrong room key three times, and I had to drag heavy luggage back and forth across the hotel. Staff were unhelpful, showed no apology, and even left me waiting in the hallway for someone who never came. After multiple trips to reception, I finally got the right key. Completely unacceptable service—never staying here again

This was a lovely hotel - close to the airport and Windsor Castle. It took an hour to get to downtown London by Uber, but public transit options were conveniently nearby and affordable. Breakfast was great, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Bus transportation is accessible within a 5-7 minute walk from the hotel; train access takes a bit longer as the Langley train station is a little iver a mile away. Food options in the hotel were very good. Breakfast provided lots of options and service was great. There’s one restaurant across the street that we didn't try out.
