The room was very clean and the staff were really nice. At face value the area might seem a little sketchy late at night but after a week of coming back late from adventures by train into London it ended up being really easy and convenient and no issues.

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, cleanliness was more important to the staff at the bar and restaurant scratched to the front desk. Normally I wouldn’t review the hotel based on the restaurant. However, the front desk was attached to the restaurant counter. We sat in the restaurant area for over 30 minutes as employees moved past us and gave us no attention. Eventually we found someone at the front desk who told us to order through the QR code. That night we ordered drinks at the bar and sat down. After 30 minutes we returned and realized you have to stand in front the employees in order to be served at that time. The next night we ordered food. We were given a buzzer and told it would be an hour. After two hours we finally received our food.

Great internet, nice room. Stayed here with my parents and son before visiting Legoland. Staff and breakfast really good. Loads of nice touches like free juice for kids, table football and an all round good atmosphere.
