Happy, but hidden charges

I was disappointed with the unexpected £15/night car park charge on arrival, but was very pleased overall. The hotel was clean and pleasant, much better than other better known budget hotels. The room was clean, bright and comfortable, with tea and coffee facilities, kettle and hairdryer. The staff were lovely, very polite and would help with any queries. Would stay again and recommend, just bear in mind the car park and kids breakfast will cost you extra (£4/child a breakfast). If its cheap you are after, it cost me nearly £50 more on check in.

Disappointing behaviour

Booked a family room with breakfast only to be told on arrival that the breakfast only includes adults and that the children were chargeable, on top of paying for on site parking per night, just trying to get more money out of you. No live tv only Rakuten and you could hear the room next door whenever they talked, no soundproofing.

Had a fantastic stay here before our flight from London Heathrow. Great location, very close to the airport. Hotel is lovely inside, a safe underground car park. Lovely reception and bar area. We had a family room with a double bed and bunk beds which was a really good size, modern and clean. The rooms are incredibly quiet despite being so close to the airport you cannot hear any of the planes. One small downside was the pillows, very hard and flat. If we stay again I would ask reception for alternative pillows or more pillows.

The room smelled like rancid cigarettes. I got stung by a bug and had a swollen foot for 3 days. Not sure what insect it was but i could not walk for 2 days as my foot was swollen from the sting.

A great find!

Great find very convenient for Heathrow with a bus running to T5 taking less than 10 minutes. Hotel is clean and well decorated. Really good value. There is a pub specialising in Thai food just opposite.

Great choice before a flight

Stayed a couple of times at the B&B hotel at Heathrow now. Rooms are spacious, clean and very quiet considering the proximity to the airport. Staff are friendly. Easy access to T5 with the bus stop right outside.
