Very good value for money - a bit of a hidden gem. Very close to Terminal 5 has own car park. Definitely would go back if need to stay at Heathrow again.

Great find for the price and so close to the airport. Parking was expensive but no other option to park else where so we had to pay. Staff were friendly . The room was spacious and clean(ish) It did the job for what it was required for

The hotel property is a picturesque point of view. A historical passage of time and elegance. The only concerns were the lack of knowledge by the transportation to guide visitors to the location. On our last night the maps were misaligned with the ability to go from the closest bus stop to the hotel entrance. We appeared to walk aimlessly until we found the entrance about 2km from where the entrance was stated to be located. A sign maybe helpfull in the future

Very upset
No way of controlling heating as aircon broken. So woke just after midnight extremely hot. No opening windows. Staff had no other suitable room avail so brought two small fans to my room which kept me up all night. Up at6am as a pilot flying 320 passengers. So can’t trust them again as can’t risk poor sleep. Terrible stay as no alternatives, no portable aircon units. They new things were broken !!!

super convenient for a stop over before an early morning flight from Heathrow. a spacious room with a comfortable bed and a large bathtub (always a plus for me). for the price I wasn’t expecting anything more than just about bearable for an overnight stay, but I was impressed. will use again in a similar situation.
