Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Location was perfect and made transportation into London simple. Food was excellent with a great variety. Would absolutely stay here again!

Good value hotel close to Terminal 5.Bus 703 stops directly outside of hotel both ways for £1.50. Hotel clean, modern and comfortable beds.Breakfast has lots of choice but found scrambled eggs and mushrooms bland. Good dining options of Italian and Thai pub opposite hotel.

We stayed here 4 days before this trip and we had no hot water in our room which we reported the young lady on the desk, then returned 4 day's later was given the same room still no hot water, they were fully booked so couldn't get another room.other then that it is a top hotel

Got in quite late on a Monday night and found an Indian restaurant nearby that was open until 11pm. The staff were very nice. Really easy to get here from the airport. My only thoughts are that certain parts of the room could use a remodel like the bathroom sink and shower which felt a bit older and stained. I never figured out how to turn the hot water on in the shower lol.. but that’s probably just a me thing. Otherwise, the place was clean and it was a nice stay!
