The room was clean and the bed and pillows were great. Outside of the room, the building looks like it hasn’t been updated since 1980. The breakfast options were pretty good though the cereal (from a bulk dispenser) was stale, and there were no dairy free milk alternatives.

Definitely spend the extra $20-$30 per night and stay at one of the other hotels in the area that have a bigger name. The room had a horrible smell. The place is completely rundown, definitely not what I expected for Smithfield, Rhode Island

The room smelled like cigarettes, the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag, i was told to park in back, but there were several men hanging out, playing dice over by the conex boxes and others smoking and as a female i was all set. The breakfast was a joke and I honestly wouldn't stay here again.

I seriously do not understand how this place has the rating it has. The room and bathroom were dusty and smelled like smoke. The mini fridge smelled bad as well. The receptionist seemed annoyed he had to get of his phone and check us in. The same with the other guy checking us out. I bookmarked this hotel so I never make the mistake of booking it again!

Great and friendly staff, knowledgeable about the area. Some students that attend Bryant do live here for the school year, so that white bus you see coming around is not a shuttle for the hotel lol awkward. Breakfast is delicious and hotel room was so clean, like high quality clean.

Wifi was terribly slow. The breakfast was terrible and was brought out in small amaounts, 10 people were waiting for food and the server brought out 3 sausage patties, no eggs and a couple packaged pastries. He moved slower than a sloth and had no urgency to bring out more food.

I enjoyed my stay at the All Seasons Inn overall. Checkin was fairly quick as i had a reservation booked. Aircon cooled the room well. Breakfast was okay but I guess I may have had milk for the coffee that may have spoiled, otherwise everything else tasted fine. Checkout took less than a minute, and I was on my way.
