Bed was excellent. Amenities very good, but the key number for the back door was not applicable to the front door. So to have to walk down stairs from the back door and then walk up to the room was inconvenient esp. for an older couple. I couldn`t figure out the elevator so that was of no use. in the room, to have to climb stairs to use the bathroom facilites is unconscionable. Your property is geared for people under 50 in great physical condition. I did not receive an e-mail about how to enter the facility and so that was unexpected surprise. No personnel hotels are impersonal and doesn`t cut it for us.

I really liked the location of this property and the unique styling of the rooms. I stayed innthe Steampunk room. It had a beautiful high ceiling, with skylight and a large rainfall shower. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows and it had a basket with some snacks of cookies and chips. A coffee press with instructions was an interesting addition. A memorable stay for sure.

No communication

I never saw or spoke to a staff person, not even housekeeping. I got one message, after repeated messages and calls, that I could leave my luggage, but door code did not work (too early?) and no one returned my calls. What made matters worse was my cell service was poor there. I walked around with my luggage for an hour and finally the key codes worked after 3. My tv remote had dead batteries, and there was no way to fix it. The room is nice, but I recommend staying away until they commit to interacting with their guests

You have to know your roomie well because the tub is in the middle of the room and the shower beside the bed is all glass. Beautiful room though. Great location.
