Got the feeling that this area was not as safe as my usual stays but overall very good. Usually hotel staff will let food deliveries up to the room instead of the customers coming down to the lobby.

Room was clean ,washroom was clean but exhaust fan wasn’t working,view wasn’t great,precisely we had Home Depot store view,Breakfast was good.stayed there two nights with my wife and both day the poil was broken means icecold water,there system was broken,so everytime if we had to go into our room we had to take the staff member with us. Overall wasn’t satisfactory .

Nice location to stay. Charges a $70 fee for service dog, despite what is on the website. The outdoor signage has no pet friendly accessible spaces and clearly states no pets. Most other locations waive this fee as per their AODA requirements and have accessible pet friendly areas. If you are disabled with a pet or have a service animal consider the other hotels in Brockville.
