The staff were so helpful! it was unbelievable. We had a car problem and they try for us every where...call for us and were so patient and support us warmly. We like our rooms and especially the breakfasts and dinars by the waiter Aleks. We has our best 3 days in Bulgaria in Shiroka Laka hotel!!!

Établissement qui offre excellentes prestations : chambres très spacieuses confortablement aménagées et équipée d'un lit king size. Petit déjeuner continental est varié et de qualité. salle de sport, jacuzzi, sauna et hammam librement accessibles et d'une grande propreté. Par contre le stationnement peut être compliqué.
