Snow Hill Vacation Packages

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

Lots of activities.. The rooms are spacious..We had a swim up pool that we loved.. The toilets are too low especially for the elderly or bad knees .The food choices were limited in the buffet.Favorite restaurant was Red Snapper. The staff was ok not exceptional.

The workers at this resort will make sure your stay is perfect, beautiful place all around.

Very friendly staff , Sheldon made check in great, properly is very well maintained

Everything was perfect, and we had a wonderful experience overall. The only area that needs improvement is the front desk service. I reserved two rooms for seven people, but we were given one room on the 6th floor and another on the 8th floor. When I asked if it would be possible to have both rooms on the same floor, the front desk staff were not very helpful. Aside from this issue, everything else was excellent. The hotel was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay. With better front desk training and customer service, the experience would have been absolutely perfect!

The staff were amazing. My room was spotless and the food was delicious and plentiful. The bartender at the swim-up bar will give you great conversations. Also, if you have a sweet tooth. They have a place that has carrot and red velvet cake. Along with other sweets. You also get coffee there too.

EVERYONE WAS EXCELLENT
